Every appointment requires a £10 non refundable deposit. If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your service, you will need to pay another upon booking your next appointment. If cancelled before the 48 hour window, your fee will be transferred NOT refunded.
No shows and cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in a 100% fee. In the event of a no show or late cancellation and payments made will be lost and you will be unable to book future appointments until the remaining balance of your service is paid.
Please arrive to your appointment on time, if you arrive later than 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.
